Bio

Making it with Moonshine focuses on cooking and baking with alcohol focusing on local craft beers.  Some recipes I've created include (512) Pecan Porter Chocolate Mouse, Live Oak Hefe Lemon Curd, Sticky Beer Buns, beer brownies, a wide variety of beer breads, Beer pasta dressing, and Beer & Bacon potato salad.  Some upcoming recipes include Beer sushi, malt macaroons, and Belgium style creme brulee.
